• Project Coordination:

Support and handle the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion within scope and budget, while collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators to collect requirements, provide updates, and align project goals

• Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials for collaborators

• Timeline Management:

Monitor project timelines and achievements, proactively identifying potential delays and implementing solutions to keep projects on track

• Quality Assurance and Improvement:

Ensure results meet quality standards, participate in post-project evaluations, and implement best practices for continuous improvement

• Management Presentations:

Present project progress to management regularly, providing updates on key achievements, challenges, and overall status

Do you have experience in Digital Transformation?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry, focusing on digital transformation and process simplification
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Familiarity with digital tools and methodologies for process improvement
• Ability to identify and implement simplification strategies
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
