Major accountabilities

• Collaborate with different business stakeholders to identify potential business needs in the digital transformation journey
• Drive cross-department workshops to define forward looking business requirements
• Work closely with both business and technology team to create a prioritized backlog of requirements based on business value
• Collaborate with UIUX team to ensure the usability needs are met and requirements are reflected appropriately
• Work closely with technical development teams to provide functional inputs for system impact analysis and clarify questions as needed
• Serve as a functional expert in the e-commerce domain, providing guidance on best practices during the requirement gathering phase
• Assist in performing market analysis and benchmarking on key business areas to understand gap compared to competition on business focus areas
• Assist in user on-boarding operation training as needed

Skills & Experience Required

• University Graduate and above
• Ability to speak in business and technology terms, as well as the ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally
• Must possess good problem-solving skills for large complicated and broad issues and able to work independently, with keen attention to details
• Must be able to break problems down, analyze data, drill into problem statements, ask the right questions to really understand root causes and then solution around issue to drive business value.
• 3+ years’ experience in sizable digital transformation projects or large organizations acting in the capacity of a Business Analyst
• Min 2 years of experience in FMCG (Ecommerce team will be a plus) with proven experience as Business Analyst in customer digital journey would be required
• Experience in Project Management Toolsets (e.g. Jira) would be an advantage
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and inter-personnel skills
• Proficient in both spoken & written English and Chinese
