WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU

You have obtained an University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or higher qualification
You have 1-2 years’ experience in the area of expertise, preferably from retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience and interest
You are confident and clear communication on English both written and verbal
You have excellent computer skills and high proficiency on Microsoft Office
You have proven analytical and numeric skills and ability to identify required actions
You have experience in problem solving and improving ways of working

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Ensure an efficient and precise range management process to maintain an optimal stock structure that meets market demands for the responsible HFBs
Collaborate with the commercial team to secure the highest level of goods availability for the responsible HFBs, considering market positioning campaigns and the commercial calendar for Hong Kong and Macau
Work closely with supply teams to ensure timely stock replenishment for the responsible HFBs. Monitor backlog, lead times, and deviations, taking necessary corrective actions as required
Oversee the forecasting and ordering processes, ensuring alignment with the commercial calendar to optimize stock levels and enhance availability for the responsible HFBs
Monitor the ordering drop status and follow up with supply to make sure the quality
Partner with the commercial team to improve goods availability for the responsible HFBs, focusing on effective forecasting and robust inventory management practices
Maintain optimal stock days and an efficient stock structure in collaboration with the commercial team to support demands and fulfill activity commitments for the responsible HFBs
Monitor sales space management performance in the market, providing guidance to the logistics team for operational efficiency improvements
Analyze stock performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in stock management and availability for the responsible HFBs
Lead and develop the team in alignment with agreed objectives, ensuring that the matrix team is competent and that all processes are effectively implemented, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
