Is this your next challenge in Administration?

The challenge is to:

  • Provide full-spectrum of administrative support to the team.
  • Schedule and organise meetings and appointments, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Establish and maintain organized filing systems and records, and assist in the preparation and creation of reports and presentations.
  • Perform data analysis to provide insights supporting decision-making processes.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Do you have experience in Administration?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably proven experience in administration.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with good time management and detail-mindfulness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a good teammate with ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem solving skill, flexibility and adaptability.
