Is this your next challenge in Category Management?

The challenge is to:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to develop exciting promotional events that follow pre-agreed selling plans
  • Work closely with retail and sales management to ensure that store layouts, promotions, and display techniques optimally improve sales and profit from specific merchandise categories
  • Establish and maintain effective margin and price controls that improve business profits while delivering a good value offer to the customer
  • Liaise and work with vendors to build mutually helpful relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships, leading to lower costs and higher margins
  • Lead stock levels and mark-downs to secure product availability are high
  • Develop and train subordinates ensuring that they are customer and product-focused

 

Do you have experience in FMCG?

 

  • Bachelor's degree holder with at least 3 years of proven category management, trade marketing, or account servicing experience in the FMCG industry
  • Category management experience in personal care, beauty or health is preferred
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills, well-planned and acute market sense
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
