- Comply with the department strategy, lead the best practice of department values, responsible for: recruitment, training, management, evaluation, improvement, strengthen teamwork, enhance team morale and ability, reduce staff turnover, avoid internal contradictions and negative atmosphere.
- Record, analyze, track, and report on store wasting, crime trends, causes and take effective action to eliminate unknown shrinkage.
- Responsible for investigating internal violations, cheating, complaints and incidents that damage the interests of the company and submit a full investigation report on time.
- Regularly report the loss control status and crime trends to the business unit’s management team and store management. Proactively propose improvement measures to eliminate unknown shrinkage.
- Conducting regular departmental meetings, distributing meeting records, following up on the progress and outcome of meeting proposals.
- Attending the business unit’s regular meeting to share the updated loss prevention information to Operations/Area Managers.
- Liaise with the local law enforcement for all kinds of crime prevention and detection measures.
- In response to loss prevention accidents, review management and operational processes, formulate control measures or revise work guidelines as necessary.
- Establish management standards, supervise the daily discipline, personnel allocation and work efficiency of the team and ensure the service level of the team.
- Responsible for the management of the contractor of the security service/system, ensure it is cost-effective, supervise the service performance of the contractor and ensure compliance with the requirements of company policy and local legislation.
Do you have experience in loss prevention?
- F. 5 or above
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit
- High degree of integrity
- 2 years’ security or loss prevention experience in retail business would be an advantage
- Good initiative, partnership, and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently, good time management and complete tasks within timeline
- Proactive, well organized, able to handle multi-tasks
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Good command of spoken and written both in English and Chinese
- Need to work in stores and Store Support Centre
