The challenge is to:
Brand Strategy
- Develop, plan and implement brand strategies and assist in the development of the brand’s positioning to strengthen the brand equity
- Identify growth drivers for the market segment by analysing various customer value propositions and customer segmentations used by the banners
- Interpret and leverage market research from multiple sources to support strategy and brand-building activities
Brand Communication and Activation
- Develop creative communication and contribute innovative and creative ideas on brand campaigns
- Act as an excellence for brand activation and support the development of the future of marketing with innovative approaches that integrate brand, trade, merchandising offers and services, omnichannel marketing disciplines into successful execution to lead the marketplace.
- Partner closely with Trade Marketing to bring merchandising and online and offline Store Operations upon an aligned customer proposition to guide business execution
Store Branding
- Understand the store brand identity of Dairy Farm and translate this to excellence in execution at the store level
- Partner with store design team on translating the brand strategy into suitable visual merchandising equipment, customised for various store sizes and environments
Do you have experience in the FMCG industry?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, especially in brand marketing and brand equity
- Experience in the FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
- Strong in stakeholder management, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
- Well-organized, enjoy working in fast-paced organisation
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
