The challenge is to:

 ·         Support data analytics and reporting for the Food business in Hong Kong and Macau

• Own financial analysis, management reporting and deliver actionable insights to support leadership decision-making
• Support budgeting and forecasting process to formulate a cohesive view of business (Sales to Total Commercial Income) with the commercial team
• Partner across teams to drive sales and profitability strategies, and strengthen alignment across departments
• Provide PMO and governance support for the data analytics strategy and transformation initiatives
• Build strong relationships with business partners and communicate insights and recommendations regularly
• Report to the Business Intelligence Lead and contribute to team development, motivation, and delivery of objectives

Do you have experience in Data Analytics?

•  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics or Statistics
• 2+ years’ experience in FMCG/retail preferred;
  Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply for the Analyst position
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (English & Chinese); effective presenter and team player; Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
• Analytical and curious, able to identify patterns and translate data into actionable insights
• Strong Excel and data visualization/BI skills; knowledge of SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI and Google Analytics
