Is this your next challenge in eCommerce?

The challenge is to:

·       Build the commercial strategy and eCommerce trade plan for the fresh food category

·       Conduct market analysis to understand dynamics in Hong Kong and globally, identifying emerging trends and opportunities to enhance our eCommerce offerings and drive customer engagement

·       Collaborate with the Retail Technology Asia team to create engaging eCommerce assets designed to drive sales and income through enhanced product visibility and promotional activities

·       Establish efficient processes and governance models to ensure streamlined cross-functional collaboration and effective communication among teams

·       Lead initiatives that enhance O2O collaboration with the fresh food team, aiming to create a seamless customer experience

·       Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities within the online fresh food category, focusing on customer preferences, purchasing behavior, and competitive analysis

Do you have experience in Food Category Management?

·       Minimum 3-year working experience related to e-commerce / merchandising / commercial / start-ups

·       Degree holder

·       A passion for digital and e-commerce

·       An entrepreneurial mindset

·       Good communication and presentation skills, good team player to work with different cross-functional teams and third parties with strong problem-solving skill

·       Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

·       Responsible and committed to meet tight deadlines
