• Manage the performance of counters by operators by stores by types, counter operations & executions, food safety execution and sales maximization
• Monitor and manage Concession performance as well as to provide training to optimize the total counter business
• Provide managerial support to store operations, including promotion plan, marketing plan and finance report to top management
• Provide direction and co-work with food safety team to ensure operators strict adherence to operating standards in respect to food safety and quality, productivity, and health and safety
• Review and evaluate processes and procedures including the identification and implementation of efficiencies and cost saving measures
• Store visits are required
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities to increase sales and profit
• Maintain awareness of industry, competition and market conditions and leverage current customer relationships to develop new business opportunities;
• Participate in designing counter presentation and layout;
• Sourcing potential RTE concessionaire operators;
• Product and people development 

Do you have experience in merchandising?

• University graduate or tertiary education
• Minimum 3 years retail merchandising experience
• Good influencing and negotiation skill
• Analytical, creative, customer focused, open to change, well planned and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and people management skill
• Good communication skill and good command of English and Chinese
• Knowledge of category management
