Is this your next challenge in Category Management?
- Non-food categories, IP co-branding
- Support the Category Manager in managing assigned categories, including sales performance tracking and execution of agreed sales and marketing plans.
- Assist in sourcing activities for character intellectual property and related merchandise, including supplier coordination, basic commercial discussions, and maintenance of supplier records and compliance documentation.
- Perform data analysis on promotion performance using available analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and support recommendation development for optimisation.
- Support stock and promotion planning to maintain healthy inventory levels, including monitoring sell-through and coordinating replenishment with relevant teams.
- Prepare new items forms, obtain item details from suppliers and follow up on item launching
- Coordinate with vendors to arrange promotional display material to stores
- Provide routine administrative support to the team
- Ad hoc work assigned by Category Managers
Do you have experience in licensing and consumer product industries?
- University graduate or tertiary education
- Minimum 1 years’ retail merchandising experience with strong ability to develop and implement licensing strategy
- Analytical, creative, customer-focused, open to change, well planned and self-motivated
- Knowledge of entertainment, licensing and consumer product industries is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication skills and good command of English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates with strong business acumen will be considered
