The challenge is to: 

  • Assist in developing change management strategies and activities to drive change adoption and usage while minimizing resistance across the organization.
  • Identify user needs and perform impact analysis to assess change readiness and the effects of changes among different stakeholders and teams.
  • Help identify potential risks and points of resistance, and support the development of specific plans to mitigate or address those concerns.
  • Assist in developing tailored communication plans and collaborate with vendors to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure project objectives are met while enhancing user experiences through intuitive and user-friendly designs.
  • Support the facilitation of training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for adopting new processes and tools.
  • Help establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across communications and systems, optimizing user understanding and engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, gathering feedback and data to assess the effectiveness of the change management process.

 

Do you have experience in user experience? 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Some experience or coursework in change management, user experience design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, combined with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to feedback, and proactively address challenges during the change process.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and systems is a plus.
