· Collaborate with the team to support the execution of retail store construction projects, ensuring adherence to established internal policies, procedures and effective administration of construction contracts
· Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation, including spreadsheets, presentations, and other relevant materials, to ensure accurate and timely reporting
· Manage and coordinate store equipment ordering and logistics to support project timelines and operational readiness
· Assist in the preparation and issuance of quotations and tenders, creation of Purchase Orders, and processing of payments through the GEP system
· Maintain and update the Asset Register to ensure accurate reporting of store assets
· Ensure the integrity of project data and documentation, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and coordination across all records
· Support and coordinate construction contract administration tasks, including handling change requests, obtaining quotations, issuing Site Instructions, and managing variations and payment certifications
· Maintain and update the database of pre-qualified suppliers, ensuring documentation is current and aligned with company standards
· Coordinate the setting up of term contracts with suppliers
Do you have experience in store development or administration?
· Professional Certificate or Diploma in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Electrical & Mechanical Technology in Building, or a related field.
· 2-5 years of experience in store development or administration, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry
· Strong organizational skills, attention to details and self-motivation
· Pleasant demeanor and ability to work under pressure
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines effectively
· Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese
· Advance skills in Excel (including Pivot tables and formula setting)
· Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI is an advantage
