Description & Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive insight monetisation strategy that drives revenue growth.
- Identify new monetisation opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure alignment of insight monetisation pricing, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies across all DFI business units.
- Serve as the central point of contact amongst the banner commercial teams, legal, and finance.
- Establish project governance, track monetisation initiatives against clear milestones, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing and Commercial teams from banners (Food, H&B, and Convenience) to grow Insights revenue
- Deliver against established revenue sales targets, maintain and manage sales pipeline
- Build and maintain client relationships and manage day-to-day business with advertisers and media agencies, creating trust and driving value for clients
- Prepare robust business cases, pricing models, and proposals to support insight-based initiatives.
- Present regular performance reports and strategic updates to executive leadership.
- Interact frequently with clients and other internal stakeholders regarding campaign execution and results
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline (advanced qualifications are an advantage).
- Significant experience (e.g. 4+ years) in data analytics, insight monetisation, or a similar commercial role.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and a track record in developing revenue-generating strategies from data insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Experience within retail or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in retail customer insight monetisation will be an advantage.
