Data Migration Analyst is responsible for working with functional team to develop data migration template, perform data extraction/validation/transformation and support end users in data cleansing. The role performs software development work under the direction of Immediate Lead to ensure data extraction completeness and correctness as required for the planned data migration cycles.

• Analyze the data sources requirement and develop data migration templates
• Develop program and perform data extraction, validation and transformation
• Ensures that the programs developed and enhanced are tested
• Conduct performance tuning of programs to meet the performance criteria
• Provides support to users during the mock data extraction and cleaning
• Prepare the documentation required for the data migration tasks and knowledge transfer
Do you have experience in Data Migration and Integration?
• Graduate of any IT related course.
• Solid 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Flexibly adjusting priorities and strategies in response to shifting circumstances
• Can communicate effectively with peers and management well, and able to breakdown and convey intricate technical issues and resolution to customers as plainly possible
• High attention to details of the requirements and ensure that everything is covered in the result deliveries
• Adaptable and can be able to work efficiently in fast paced environment with minimal supervision
• Analytical and innovative in applying solutions to requirements
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills is an advantage
• Committed and responsible and adheres to team internal and company policies and maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in computer concepts and functionalities
• Deep understanding and knowledge in Systems Analysis and Design
• Advance understanding on Client-Server Architecture
• Proficiency with actual work experience in using: - Oracle PL/SQL development for Packages, Procedures, and Functions - Oracle Database by SQL - Performance tuning skill
• Knowledgeable in UNIX/Linux and has hands-on experience in shell scripting
• Proficiency in MS Office 365
• Excellent knowledge and ability to perform functional analysis and investigation in retail application is an advantage
• Experience in handling AWS / GCP services is an advantage
