Is this your next challenge in demand & supply planning? 

The challenge is to: 

• Manage demand forecast to support business promotions and plans. Manage inventory planning and daily replenishment to online platform, stores and DC based on forecast, promotion schedule and display requirement.
• Analyze actual product demand, research demand drivers, seasonal demand, market situation, refine the forecast to reflect updated sales momentum, and adjust inventory plans for normal, festive, seasonal ranges accordingly.
• Work with Commercial team to ensure sales forecast accuracy and align on new range, seasonal and promotion forecast.
• Prepare purchase plan and release orders to vendors to ensure products arrive at the right time to meet the demand. Balance the inbound volume to ensure receiving capacity is used effectively and efficiently
• Ensure accurate and timely replenishment of overseas sourcing products. Closely monitor incoming shipping activities from overseas.
• Facilitate Team Lead to monitor key supplier performance and liaise with vendor on the supply and demand requirement
• Optimize inventory level at warehouse & fulfilment centres while maintaining high service level; identify root cause and resolve out-of-stock/excess stock situation.
• Execute KPI (OOS, Overstock, stock day) and execute improvement actions as instructed from Team Lead. Prepare regular reports and analysis for management review.
• Achieve company target and carry out other duties as required by the business.

Do you have experience in demand & supply plannings? 

• Education: University graduate in Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or inventory planning. Experience in Retail or FMCG is a definite advantage. (Senior Officer)
• Less experience would be considered as Officer position
• Detailed oriented and sensitive to figures, well organized and able to work independently.
• Familiar and experience in implementing and using Demand & Forecast planning system is an advantage
• Experience in Import / shipping / replenishment from overseas is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel, knowledge in Access is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
