- Assist the facilities management team with coordinating routine maintenance requests and tracking work orders.
- Support day-to-day building needs
- Help schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Help maintain organized documentation (e.g., vendor contacts, service logs, maintenance schedules, and incident reports).
Who are we looking for:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Construction Management, or related disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven retail environment and interested in the retail industry
- Immediate availability is an advantage
