The challenge is to:

• Responsible for supporting Wellcome HK store operations in implementing company food safety requirements.
• Mitigate food safety risks in concession counters whilst conform to the local regulations and company requirements
• Verify the implementation of food safety corrective actions in stores.
• Monitor how company requirements are followed in concession counter.
• Provide food safety training/coaching to strengthen food safety focus with the store operation team members.
• Conduct on-site root cause investigation on food safety issues at concession counters.
• Participate in food safety related complaint investigation.
• Analyze trends in concessionaire performance pertaining to food safety.

Do you have experience in Food Safety?

• Bachelor's Degree in Science – preferably in Food Science and Technology.
• Fresh graduates or with Food Safety related working experience.
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good prioritization skill with multiple projects ongoing and deliver results promptly, and pressure resistance.
• Excellent organizational skills with flexibility and adaptability, and problem solving, decision making, and negotiation skills
• Self-reliance, self-motivation, persistence, and good interpersonal skills.
