The challenge is to:
- Attend TTT offered by Vendor.
- Customize training content based on audience needs (e.g., for managers vs. frontline staff) and incorporate real-world scenarios.
- Deliver interactive training sessions
- Assess participant understanding through quizzes, demonstrations, and feedback mechanisms, adjusting delivery as needed.
- Collaborate with the Project Lead to update training materials and incorporate system updates or FAQs.
- Provide post-training support, such as follow-up sessions or Q&A resources, to reinforce learning.
- Collect and report on training outcomes, including participant evaluations and suggestions for improvements.
Do you have experience in Learning & Development?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development to prepare training materials and support training delivery
- Familiarity with HR systems and digital learning platforms (e.g., Time & Attendance, ServiceNow, Digital Rostering, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Understanding of system training for operational tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Digital Rostering) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver engaging training sessions and manage diverse audiences. Proficiency in Cantonese would be an advantage.
