Description & Requirements

通過9個月訓練期，可晉升為分店副經理


主要職責：

  • 負責分店各方面之表現及日常運作，包括顧客服務、貨品管理、人才培訓、分店環境管理及成本控制等
  • 透過有效地執行公司的宣傳推廣策略、貨品陳列計劃及維持高水平的食物衛生標準
  • 帶領分店前線員工超越顧客期望及達到最高的營運效益

入職條件︰

  • 中五程度或以上，無須經驗 
  • 具領導才能，富責任心
  • 熱愛零售行業，樂於為顧客服務
  • 良好溝通技巧及勇於接受挑戰

其他工作資料︰

  • 每週工作6天，每天工作9小時， 輪班輪休
  • 工作地點︰ 港九新界
  • 薪酬：每月可達HK$24,500
