About the Role

  • Collect and consolidate network-related POs, SOWs, contracts, and invoices from multiple countries and vendors.
  • Maintain an organised digital repository of all documentation.
  • Assist in tracking contract terms, billing details, and renewal dates.
  • Coordinate with local IT, finance, and procurement teams to ensure accurate data gathering.
  • Summarize key financial and contractual information for budgeting purposes.
  • Key learning in this role:
    • Regional exposure to IT infrastructure coordination within a leading retail group
    • Hands-on experience managing network-related contracts and budgets
    • Opportunities to develop data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI
    • Collaboration with multicultural teams across multiple markets
    • Mentorship from experienced IT and network professionals

About You

  • Students with an Information Technology, or an Engineering education background
  • Interested in datacentre infrastructure components, including servers, networking, storage, and power/cooling systems
  • Self-disciplined and attention to details


Internship Period: 1 June 2026 - 28 August 2026 (Mon - Fri)
