As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, employer branding and TA project management, supporting our ongoing recruitment and early careers initiatives across the Group. You will also work closely with experienced recruiters and P&C partners, gaining practical experience in how we attract, engage, and inspire talent.


About the Role
 
1. Recruitment Support

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for diverse roles in Store Support Centre/Store positions, including:  
  • Job posting coordination and candidate sourcing 
  • Resume screening and interview scheduling 
  • Candidate communication and interview logistics
  • Assist with recruitment administration and data tracking (e.g. application status, interview outcomes) 
  • Support candidate onboarding coordination when required

2. Employer Branding & Campus Engagement

  • Support employer branding initiatives across digital and offline channels, including:  
  • Assisting with content creation for LinkedIn and various social media platforms 
  • Preparing branding visuals, presentation materials, and simple social media assets 
  • Support planning and execution of early career initiatives, such as career fairs and student events  
  • Conduct market research to identify and propose new ideas to strengthen our employer brand campaigns 

 
3. Talent Acquisition Projects

  • Assist in TA process improvement tasks such as SOP coordination and documentation 
  • Participate in ad-hoc TA and People & Culture projects 


About You

  • Undergraduate students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or related disciplines 
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised
  • Proficient in MS Applications; experience with Application Tracking System (ATS) and design tools a definite plus  
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Enjoys working with people and collaborating with cross functional teams
