The Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager, Inclusion, Engagement & Wellbeing will support the Head of Engagement & Wellbeing in developing and implementing initiatives to drive team member engagement, enhance wellbeing, and foster a culture of recognition across the organisation. The role will also contribute to creating a positive team member experience and supporting strategies that build organisational resilience and promote DFI as an employer of choice through a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.

The challenge is to:
- Listening Strategy - assist in the design, implementation, and management of surveys and feedback mechanisms, such as new joiner surveys, exit surveys, annual engagement surveys, and pulse surveys
- Analyse survey data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Team Member Engagement - support the tracking and reporting of team member engagement initiatives and action planning progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure engagement strategies are effectively implemented and aligned across the organization
- Strengthening Team Member Experiences - coordinate and enhance recognition initiatives to celebrate team achievements and encourage a culture of appreciation
- Develop and deliver tools and campaigns to enable people managers to recongnise and care of their teams effectively
- Work with stakeholders to ensure recognition programmes are aligned across markets and meet organisational needs
- Organisational Resilience & Wellbeing - support the development of wellbeing strategies, including diagnostics, targeted interventions, and resilience programmes
- Assist in tracking wellbeing metrics and ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented
- Employer Branding and Recognition - assist in developing recognition programmes that strengthen DFI's position as an employer of choice
- Maintain and update content to reflect DFI's commitment to engagement and wellbeing on corporate platforms
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiatives - Support the DFI Inclusion Network in delivering quarterly events
- Promote and celebrate key observances agreed in the DEI strategy, such as International Women's Day (IWD) and International Men's Day (IMD).
- Collaborate with TMOD on leadership programs and DEI interventions to enhance the capability of people managers in leading inclusive teams
- Benchmark and advocate for enhanced policies that promote inclusivity, such as maternity and paternity medical cover, leave enhancements, and flexible workplace arrangements
Do you have experience in Team Member Engagement & Wellbeing?
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, organisational development, team member engagement, or a similar role
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results effectively
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse team and markets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification or training in data analysis, statistics, survey platform or related tools is a plus
- Passionate about driving team member engagement, wellbeing, and creating a positive workplace culture
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
