Is this your next challenge in Learning & Development?

The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring trainings activities for our Store and Store Support center team members in one of our business formats. He or She will be part of the L&D team to foster a learning culture among DFI retail group!


The challenge is to:

  • Define learning objectives, design learning content, and identify the most effective learning methodologies
  • Design, deliver and drive learning & development solutions using blended learning approach and ensure application of learning at work
  • Manage learning materials creation / modification (e.g. Product Live Streaming, eLearning, Video production/editing etc.) to ensure a positive and productive learning experience for all participating team members in face-to-face or virtual training sessions
  • Create supporting material / media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) for the digital learning platform 
  • Lead and manage ad hoc business projects as assigned
  • Support learning data analysis as to continuously evaluate and optimise L&D solutions for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Business leaders, People and Culture Business Partners etc.) to ensure learning initiatives remain relevant and aligned with business needs


Do you have experience in Learning & Development?

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of training experience, preferably in retail or servicing industry
  • Good understanding of retail operational details is an advantage
  • High learning agility, detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels and across functions
  • Effective planning and organizing skills
  • Knowledge of digital learning production will be an advantage e.g. experience on video editing tool (e.g., Canva, AI application) / eLearning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate - Storyline) 
  • Proficiency in MS. Office (e.g., MS PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
