The challenge is to:
• Lead license applications, renewals, amendments, transfers and closures across the store network
• Maintain license records, expiry tracking and compliance status to ensure timely renewals and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with authorities for submissions, inspections and follow-ups, ensuring smooth approval processes
• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings for licensing requirements and statutory submissions
• Support Licensing, Projects and Facilities Management teams with technical drawings and layout plans
• Monitor ongoing compliance with license and statutory requirements across all locations
• Follow up non-compliance cases and corrective actions, working with Operations and Compliance teams
• Provide licensing status updates and risk reports to management and stakeholders
• Support audits and inspections, providing licensing advice and technical guidance
• Collaborate with Operations, Projects, Food Safety, Compliance and Facilities Management teams on licensing matters
• Support Facilities Management activities related to licensing and statutory compliance
• Assist with site inspections and urgent facility matters requiring licensing coordination
Do you have experience in Licensing and Facilities Management?
• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or related field
• 2-4 years in licensing, compliance, facilities management or multi-site operations
• Strong AutoCAD skills with ability to prepare technical drawings (drawing test required)
• Knowledge of Hong Kong retail, F&B or Food Factory licensing requirements
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and regulatory processes
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Well-organized and detail-minded with strong compliance orientation
• Proactive with good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Good command of Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
