Is this your next challenge in member experience design?
The challenge is to:
- Conduct yuu Member research: Gather actionable insights through member research to understand member needs, pain points, and behaviors, which inform design decisions, both in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area.
- Create a single view of member voice: Consolidate various sources of member feedback and data, including but not limited to qualitative research, qualitative research, internal data insight analysis, social listening analysis, customer experience measurements, customer service complaint/ queries, etc. to truly represent yuu members’ voice with evidence.
- Develop program experience design strategies: Create comprehensive design strategies considering member’s end-to-end lifecycle, starting from enrolment, earning through different means and with different partners, redeeming in yuu app, and points expiry to ensure the experience designed is addressing specific business goals with clear intention to drive brand and member engagement.
- Facilitate ideation and alignment sessions: Lead and support brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative solutions to revitalise the program, collaborating with cross-functional teams within yuu and outside of yuu within DFI Group.
- Prototype and Test new concepts: Create prototypes to test new concepts, gather feedback, and iterate on designs for continuous improvement and ensuring that solutions are effective and member centred.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with yuu Commercial, Product, Insight, Operation teams, and other DFI stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the design process.
- Measure Success: Track and analyze key metrics to assess the impact of new initiatives on business and member outcomes, making data-driven decisions.
- Promote Design Thinking: Champion design thinking methodologies across teams to foster a culture of innovation and human-centered design.
Do you have experience in member experience design?
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Business/ Innovation Strategy, Industrial / Product / Interactive Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of working experience as a Design Strategist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of design thinking principles and strategic problem-solving. Prior experience in retail, loyalty program and/ or GBA market is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research. Experience in using design and research GenAI tools e.g. Copilot, Deepseek, Perplexity, Midjourney, Nano banana, Perplexity is a must.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating cooperation and alignment towards common goals.
- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin oral and written communication skills
