Description & Requirements

Is this your next challenge in merchandising? 

The challenge is to: 

  • Make required and responsive planogram change to support the category strategy of different assigned categories to improve category performance
  • To prepare space analysis and share the insights to category mangers during range review process in order to support commercial team to make fact-based decisions
  • Act as the key person to work with Category Managers of assigned categories for any planogram changes 
  • To ensure all the planned planogram changes of the assigned categories would be done and executed in stores on time according to the yearly calendar
  • Prepare by cluster space productivity report to help category managers to understand item performance in a new perspective
  • Help on planogram building for ad-hoc projects

 

Do you have experience in merchandising planning? 


  • Diploma or above, experienced in fast-paced industry (FMCG, Retail) is an advantage
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience on Planogramming tools is a plus
  • Detail oriented with good numeric sense
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and able to multi-task
  • Proactive, well-organized and highly responsive
