Is this your next challenge in loss prevention?

  1. Rostering
    1. Planning the monthly roster for in-house senior/store detectives (Day and Night Shift) with accordance with the risk assessment and location.
    2. Planning the monthly roster for the outsource detectives with accordance with the risk assessment and location.
  2. Supervision 
    1. Ensure the performance of the in-house senior/store detective (Day and Night Shift) performance which set by the Loss Prevention Department management.
    2. Ensure the performance of the outsource store detective performance which set by the Loss Prevention Department management.
  3. Crime intelligence/data collection
    1. Assist all 3 banners team to collecting all crime intelligence / data for loss prevention purpose.
    2. Keep updating OSD team, 3 banners and LPD management on time crime information.
  4. Assist 3 banners and OSD team exporting footage when necessary.
  5. Handling all kinds of emergency among 3 banners.
  6. Liaise with law enforcement for crime detection and prevention.
  7. Establish well communication with all 3 banners team for all kinds of loss prevention works.
  8. Provide necessary and update training to OSD team (Day and Night Shift).
  9. Provide coaching to frontline shop associate for loss prevention information and knowledge.
  10. Conducting regular shop visit.
  11. Prepare weekly OSD activities report (day and night shift) to LPD management. 
  12. Close communication with warehouse management for all kinds of loss prevention issues. (Include but not limited to delivery schedule; delivery route; spot check of warehouse staffs/locker, return / IBT goods.)
  13. Handling shop burglary / duress alarm.
  14. Close communication with security alarm contractor for delivery security.
  15. Ensure all OSD team members strictly comply with the attendance policy, associate must be report on duty in accordance with the duty roster. Keep a proper record of personal attendance.
  16. Demonstrate a high degree of honest and professional manner showing integrity and to adhere to the highest moral principle in the performance as a OSD leader. 
  17. Never ask for, or give the impression of expecting cash, favors or any form of gifts from contractor or team members.
  18. Exercise an exemplary standard of behavior.
  19. All information of a confidential shall kept confidential unless otherwise authorized by senior management.

Do you have experience in loss prevention?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit
  • A least 5 years relevant experience (retail detective preferable)
  • Good communication skills
