Is this your next challenge in People & Culture?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time People Services Assistant to support our daily HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior HR/administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing reliable backend support to the People & Culture team.


The challenge is to:

  • Maintain and update employee personal files (P-files), including digitization and proper record-keeping
  • Support pension administration processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission
  • Handle documents administration, including preparation of leavers’ documents and IRD-related letters
  • Provide frontline support via the P&C hotline, responding to general employee enquiries professionally
  • Act as backup support for access card administration, including issuance and tracking
  • Coordinate and arrange the collection of salary proof documents for employees
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with company standards and policies
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team as required


Do you have experience in People Services or HR operations?

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR / administrative experience (fresh graduates with internship exposure may also be considered)
  • Familiarity with HR operations, employee records handling, or payroll/pension support is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and data management skills
  • Good communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Available to work on a part-time basis (flexible working schedule may be arranged)
