Is this your next challenge in People & Culture Business Partnering?

This role provides full-spectrum HR Business Partnering to Store Support Center (SSC). The incumbent is responsible for end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective execution of HR operations and close collaboration with Group Centre of Excellence (CoE). The role requires a proactive, hands-on individual who drives results while maintaining strong people focus.


The challenge is to:

  • Act as key liaison between Store Support Centre (SSC) and CoE teams to deliver full HR scope including workforce planning, talent acquisition coordination, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Partner closely with CoE (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Learning & Development) to ensure effective rollout and delivery of HR services and programs
  • Manage employee relations cases including discipline, grievances, and performance issues
  • Ensure data accuracy in SAP and compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring cycle time, employee satisfaction).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for leadership team.


Do you have experience in People & Culture Business Partnering?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience with proven exposure across full HR spectrum
  • Experience in retail or FMCG preferred
  • Experience in working in SSC and CoE operating model is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in SAP HRIS (e.g., SAP HCM / SuccessFactors) is required
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Eager to learn and continuously improve
  • Result-driven while maintaining people-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving capability
