Description & Requirements

People & Culture Data Analyst will be the key link between our People & Culture (P&C) processes, technology and analytics. Responsibilities include analyzing, preparing, and auditing our people data to ensure clarity, consistency and accuracy.

The challenge is to:

  • Data Analysis & Auditing: Conduct in-depth people data analysis through detailed reports and dashboards. Transform raw data into clear insights to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and trends.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner directly with local P&C teams to understand their data management workflows, sources, and definitions, building a holistic view of our data landscape.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Solutioning: Perform thorough root cause analysis on data discrepancies and develop practical, scalable solutions for standardization across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Data Governance: Create and maintain the official People Data Dictionary, documenting clear definitions, standards, and quality rules for all key people metrics.
  • Collaboration & Implementation: Work closely with the People Technology team and IT to implement and enforce new data standards, validation rules, and system workflows.
  • Reporting & Influence: Generate and present regular reports on people data quality metrics to stakeholders, demonstrating the tangible impact of standardization on people analytics and business decisions.


Do you have experience in Data Analytics? 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an HR data, people analytics, or HRIS role.
  • Good command of both written and verbal English.
  • Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Direct hands-on experience with a major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • A strong understanding of core HR processes and metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity, performance management).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence HR professionals and business leaders.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
