The challenge is to:

Project Coordination

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the HR Transformation team to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Track project progress, attend regular team meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes

Change Management

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and project teams during the implementation of HR transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of change management activities, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

UAT Participation

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that new systems and processes meet business requirements and user expectations.
  • Coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, execution, and documentation of results.

Training Material Documentation

  • Collaborate with project teams to create comprehensive training materials and user guides for new HR systems and processes.
  • Ensure that training materials are clear, accurate, and tailored to the needs of different user groups

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with various stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and communications


Do you have experience in HR Technology Project Management?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, user experience design, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, adapt to feedback, and proactively address challenges during the change process.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and systems is a plus.
