Description & Requirements

Is this your next challenge in HR Technology? 

The challenge is to: 

  • Through daily operations, support HR systems maintenance, enhancement including system configuration, user account management, data maintenance for DFI HR systems e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Avature and Kronos, and support HR transformation initiatives from both technical and user perspectives. 
  • Collaborate with HR users, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HRIS integrations and data flow between systems 
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make proposed solutions for the organization  
  • Support HRIS implementation and upgrade projects as needed 
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS policies, procedures, and configurations 

  

Do you have experience in HRIS? 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS software e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Avature, ServiceNow and related Integration, preferably in an IT support role 
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices 
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting HR metrics and related tools 
  • Self-driven, problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer facing skills 
  • Experience with common HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred 
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations is preferred
