We are seeking an innovative People Technology System Analyst to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and enhance P&C-related workflows and applications on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging low-code development to meet evolving business needs. This role will focus on streamlining P&C processes, improving employee experience, and supporting any ad-hoc and transformation projects to enhance the overall effectiveness of the P&C function.

The challenge is to:
- Application Development and Customization
- Build and maintain P&C-specific workflows and applications using ServiceNow’s low-code capabilities.
- Implement automation and digital solutions to optimize P&C processes such as onboarding, offboarding, case management, and self-service portals.
- Collaborative Design and Development
- Work closely with P&C teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ServiceNow platform with other P&C systems (e.g., ATS, HCM).
- Support for Ad-Hoc P&C Transformation Projects
- Contribute to any ad-hoc P&C Transformation projects by developing technical solutions, providing system enhancements, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project requirements.
- System Testing and Troubleshooting
- Conduct system testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and alignment with P&C requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain seamless system performance.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Implement efficient data structures and workflows to support P&C reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data integrity across integrated systems and within the ServiceNow platform.
- Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure solutions comply with data security, privacy, and P&C regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance standards.
- Training and Documentation
- Provide training to P&C teams and end-users on new applications and system capabilities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and workflows.
Do you have experience in People Technology and developer?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in low-code development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in developing and optimizing P&C workflows and applications is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) is preferred
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of database systems and API integrations.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
