Description & Requirements

Is this your next challenge in fresh food product development?

  • Ready-to-eat fresh food categories (RTE); Hot food counter
  • Assist Product Development Managers in implementing all new products or new projects at Food Counters of 7-Eleven to drive ready-to-eat business and achieve company goal
  • Transfer and deliver the updated Learning & Development documents, knowledge, videos to 7-Eleven Food team. Conduct administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge
  • Execute, and facilitate where necessary, the units to drive food operational excellence – in-store logistics, food production etc
  • Provide routine administrative support to the team
  • Prepare training materials of food preparations, facilitate the training in Test Kitchen or in-store
  • Assist Product Development Managers in day-to-day work 


Do you have experience in product development?

  • Diploma in food science, F&B or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferably gained from food or catering industry, and fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing 
  • High accuracy in data input 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese 
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Self-motivated
