Is that your next challenge in Marketing Team?


The challenge is to: 


  • Understand the brand identity and translates this to excellence in execution at stores
  • Liaise with store design team on new store project management – from concept development to stakeholder alignment
  • Bring in store digitalization ideas and the implementation follow-ups
  • Assist in setting up strategies to enhance customer experience at stores, including new excitement and POSM improvement
  • Assist Retail Marketing in driving guideline and store simplification so to maintain brand consistency at store and maximize operational efficiency


Do you have experience in the Retail / FMCG industry?

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, experience in store revamp project is preferred
  • Visual Merchandise experience will be a plus
  • Strong in stakeholder management, self- motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, adaptable, high learning agility
  • Well-organized, enjoy working in fast paced organization
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
