The challenge is to:
- Support the Group Rewards team in the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs. This role will contribute to compensation benchmarking including Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) / Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) operations and annual review processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market competitiveness.
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of reward‑related programs and projects, including salary benchmarking, benefits review, and market competitiveness assessments.
- Own and manage annual salary review, incentive, and other reward cycles, ensuring accuracy, governance, and timely delivery.
- Partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and approve compensation packages for new hires, promotions, and internal mobility.
- Review, update, and interpret reward policies to ensure ongoing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, providing clear guidance to the business.
- Oversee end‑to‑end LTIP processes, including grant planning, vesting schedules, participant communications, governance checks, and system administration.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to maximise service quality, cost effectiveness, and insights.
- Act as a trusted reward advisor, providing practical, data‑driven recommendations to senior HR and business stakeholders.
Do you have experience in Rewards?
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Rewards.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with growth mindset.
