• Responsible for inventory planning at Warehouse levels based on sales trends, promotion schedule and other requirements
• Analyze actual product demand, research demand drivers, refine the forecast to reflect updated sales momentum, and adjust inventory plans accordingly
• Issue PO and ensure smooth delivery from supplier
• Order placement and evaluate stock availability to fulfill the demand
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery management to ensure smooth delivery operation.
• Liaise with Store replenishment team and commercial team on store allocation plan to ensure Warehouse stocks plans are in line and sufficient
• Resolve out of stocks and overstock issue in Warehouse and Stores
• Prepare and follow up on KPI improvement, including vendor to warehouse service level, Warehouse stock availability and stock coverage

Do you have experience in demand and supply planning?

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Supply Chain management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or inventory planning. Experience in Retail or FMCG is a definite advantage.
• Detailed oriented and sensitive to figures, well organized and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel, knowledge in Access is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Shipping knowledge is a plus.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Demand and Supply Planning Officer
