The challenge is to:

• Data Analysis - Analysis of sales data, customer behaviour data and online traffic patterns to inform decision-making and drive strategic insights. 
• Performance reporting - Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems for Digital business performance metrics.
• Insights generation - Identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing and operational strategies. 
• Data Governance - Ensure data integrity across the analytics process
• Retail media performance and Insights: Take ownership of retail media tracking, reporting and analysis. Serve as the data support lead for retail media campaigns, demonstrating campaign value and shopper insights. 

Do you have experience in Analytics?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a relevant role, ideally within an e-commerce, digital or CRM field.
• Proficient in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics)
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive attitude toward identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
