Is this your next challenge in Own Brand product? 

The challenge is to: 

  • Manage Group Central Demand planning Forecast & Replenishment for Own Brand products:
    1. Develop the demand plan with banner commercial and to roll up at group level to share with supplier the consolidated purchase plan with supplier through monthly process
    2. Set planning and forecasting parameters in the central planning and replenishment model to derive the market banner demand in Excel
    3. Roll up demand volume to suppliers for volume console through the monthly process with banner teams
    4. Drive consensus demand forecast with commercial for new product launch and promotions
  • Manage supply capacity and risk and improve operation standards
    1. Communicate with supplier on the ruthym process on the monthly purchase plan and rolliing weekly purchase forecast
    2. Ensure capacity commitement from supplier and operation performance 
    3. Identify stock transferring opportunities across banners
    4. Esclation point to help banner to solve any logisitcs / delivery issues with suppliers
  • Value added to group own brand team and commercial team
    1. Conduct strategic suppliers review and improve operation standard 
    2. Support Own Brand new product launch initiatives by ensuring stock and availability with country planning team
    3. Identify stock allocation / clearance / transferring opportunities across banners
    4. Support to liaise with local supply planning team for any regional critical issues
    5. Prepare Monthly OB Supply Chain KPI Report


Do you have experience in demand planning? 

  • University graduate in a quantitative discipline preferred
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience in planning, FMCG Supply Chain is preferred
  • Data sensitive and good analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered planner position
