The challenge is to:
Technical Representative for yuu Rewards insurance agency:
- Act as the qualified insurance technical representative for the yuu Rewards business
- Handle insurance related tasks which require qualification from Insurance Authority regulatory perspective
Business Support:
- Develop engagement plans and coordinating activities between yuu Rewards and our insurance partners
- Work closely with internal teams to design and improve customer journey
- Manage across insurance partners and support to achieve financial performance
Partner management:
- Help manage relationships at all levels within partner organisations
- Manage ongoing governance and drive strategic discussion and alignment with insurance partners
Marketing & CRM coordination:
- Strategic planning of joint marketing and engagement plans with the partner to deliver towards the agreed roadmap
- Facilitate the execution of marketing and CRM initiatives with agency interface
Do you have experience in insurance?
- University degree
- Qualified for IIQE papers 1 to 3 (or equivalent qualification) is a plus
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in insurance / financial services industry, with exposure to general and life insurance preferred
- Loyalty and client management / partnerships experience preferred but not essential
- Strong commercial, communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player, proactive, self-motivated and well organized
- Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Banking background will also be considered

It allows members to earn points at more than 2,500 outlets, from partners including Wellcome, Market Place, Mannings, 7-Eleven, IKEA, KFC, Pizza Hut, PHD, Maxim’s Groups, Shell, Livi Bank and more. Originally a rewards club, it expanded in 2022 to include shopping by launching yuu to me, and has quickly become one of Hong Kong major online shopping platforms. It also exclusively partners with Hang Seng Bank’s enJoy card to enable customers to earn additional rewards. yuu encourages its members to donate points to good causes; more than 760 million yuu points have been donated to Food Link Foundation and The Conservancy Association since 2020.
