- Assist in managing day-to-day operations for B2B and B2C businesses, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and processes
- Support manager to prepare promotion/communication materials and sales reports
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support operational needs and maintain effective relationships
- Research market trends, customer needs and operational performance
- Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes and enhance efficiency
- Assist in handling ad-hoc business projects as assigned
Do you have experience in operations services?
- Degree graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience in business development or account management
- Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent use of Excel
- Fresh graduates with strong business acumen will be considered
