As part of the company’s Compliance Team, the Store Compliance Clerk will be responsible for independently visiting stores across different districts to objectively verify their adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures based on provided checklists.

This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, integrity, and impartiality in order to uphold operational standards and compliance requirements.

The challenge is to:

Compliance Checking

• Conduct systematic reviews of store operations using standardized checklists provided by the Compliance Team to ensure adherence to SOPs and operational requirements.

Data Processing

• Apply Excel skills, such as sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP, to process data and assist in identifying potential compliance findings.

Objective Documentation and Reporting

• Apply independent judgment to identify non-compliance issues during store visits; accurately and objectively complete daily compliance reports and upload completed reports to the compliance system on time.

Communication

• Clearly explain inspection findings and relevant SOP requirements to store managers, and communicate professionally with store teams during compliance checks

Team Collaboration

• Strictly adhere to team instructions and compliance guidelines, gather frontline feedback and assist in refining checklists and SOPs where appropriate.
• Travel daily to multiple districts as required by operational needs.

Do you have experience in a retail frontline environment / inspection?

• Secondary school graduation or above.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; candidates with experience in supermarkets or convenience stores are highly preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Proficiency in Excel data processing skills are required, including sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Integrity, reliability, and attentive to detail with good communication skills. Uphold compliance principles, able to strictly follow checklists and team instructions while exercising independent judgment in the field.
• Ability to work additional hours when necessary until the day’s tasks are completed.
