We are seeking a high-impact Strategy Manager to lead the next phase of growth for our DFI-Q Retail Media business. You will own our multi-year strategic roadmap, turning insights into scalable commercial and product initiatives. The candidate will develop PowerPoint updates to senior management, analyse trends, develop business plans and financial projections. Additionally, the role also includes business development responsibilities, engaging with some key accounts on annual planning, participating in industry conferences and becoming an industry tough leader.

The challenge is to:
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and evolve the long-term Retail Media strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities and growth targets
- Commercial Planning & Business Cases: Build business cases for new revenue streams, partnerships, and commercial models using data and financial analysis
- Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct deep market research and competitive benchmarking to identify whitespace and guide positioning
- Client Strategy & Advisory: Support sales and client teams with strategic input, pitch development, and advisory client engagements
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, shaping their Retail Media strategy and identifying upsell opportunities
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate across Product, Tech, Ad Ops, and Data to translate strategic plans into executable initiatives
- Thought Leadership & Enablement: Create internal playbooks, thought leadership, and sales enablement materials to position DFI-Q Media as a Retail Media leader
- Do you have experience in Strategy Planning?
- 4β8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business development
- Master's degree in business, finance or marketing; MBA degree preferred
- Past consulting experience in digital marketing, digital transformations within the retail / consumer goods sector is preferred
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills required β being to develop clear and well-structured storylines and present complex data into visually compelling graphs for senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience developing data-driven recommendations and business cases
- Experience developing advanced excel models including business plans and financial projections
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to align and influence key stakeholders and senior management teams across the group
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and sufficient level of maturity to present to senior management
- Preferred/Bonus:
- Understanding of the MarTech and AdTech ecosystem (e.g. RMN platforms and CMS solutions like Criteo and Flipkart, Google Marketing Platforms, Salesforce, Braze, Meta, TradeDesk) is a strong advantage
- Experience working on product launches, media monetization strategies, or data-driven marketing
- Retail media experience and industry expertise
- Successful track record in business development and driving revenue targets
