About the Role

Content Creation and Internal Communications
  • Develop clear, engaging written content for multiple channels, including press releases, internal newsletters, intranet, social media and the DFI corporate website.
  • Support internal communications initiatives to keep our team members informed and engaged on business performance, strategic priorities and cultural initiatives.
  • Contribute to the production and distribution of internal newsletters and other regular updates.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, on brand, aligned with DFI’s tone of voice, and tailored to relevant audiences (corporate, brands, markets, frontline team members).

Website and Digital Channel Management
  • Support the maintenance and regular updating of the DFI corporate website to ensure information is current, accurate and relevant.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to source, draft and refresh content (e.g. news, leadership profiles, ESG content, corporate policies).
  • Assist with basic analytics reporting (e.g. page traffic and engagement) to inform ongoing content improvements where appropriate.

Events and Employee Engagement Activities
  • Support the planning and execution of internal engagement initiatives and events, such as town halls, leadership briefings, internal campaigns, and recognition or culture programmes.
  • Assist with event logistics, content preparation (e.g. presentation materials, talking points, internal videos) and post event communications.
  • Help drive awareness and understanding of DFI’s purpose, values and strategic priorities among team members.
Brand and Messaging Alignment
  • Help safeguard and enhance DFI’s corporate brand by ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across corporate communications materials.
  • Work closely with Group and brand teams to promote adherence to brand and communications guidelines across markets and channels.
  • Support alignment between corporate positioning and brand level communications where relevant.

About You

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the local Hong Kong and/or Greater Bay Area (GBA) context is highly preferred.

Internship Period: 1 June 2026 - 28 August 2026 (Mon - Fri)
