We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent & Performance Senior Officer to join our Performance and Talent Management team. This role will involve supporting various initiatives related to performance management and talent planning.

The challenge is to:
- Assist in the rollout and management of the annual performance management and talent planning cycle
- Contribute to the maintenance of our talent and performance management system, providing first-line support to the P&C community on system matters
- Prepare reports and provide insights using data from HRIS, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other sources as needed
- Maintain team member records and databases relevant to performance and talent management
- Create and design user guides, training manuals, and other documentation using graphic design software.
- Help organise events and training sessions related to talent development.
- Provide support to the Talent Management Organisation Development (TMOD) team as needed.
Do you have experience in Talent & Performance Management?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or talent management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Strong skills in data analysis and report generation using HRIS, Excel, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
