WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Ensure a consistent and seamless positive customer experience across all channels by driving the department to fulfil the IKEA customer motivators
  • Lead and communicate the commercial calendar and store activity plan to store co-workers in a way that inspires their ownership and commitment to achieving overall goals
  • Ensure the vitality of the IKEA store and website across all media by collaborating with the store’s commercial team and applying best practices from other stores to ensure customers visit more frequently
  • Ensure a qualitative and efficient implementation in the store through clear communication, and make sure all functions take responsibility for delivering their respective contributions
  • Understand the potential of the local market and collaborate with different store functions and the landlord to effectively communicate the IKEA Brand across various sales channels
  • Possess a strong knowledge of the IKEA product range and services, national priorities, volume commitments, local market conditions and competitors. Use this insight to support and drive the store’s commercial calendar
  • Act promptly on commercial opportunities, including changes in product availability and customer feedback
  • Analyze the performance of your responsible activities; identify successful activities, solutions and ideas, and apply these insights to enhance the planning of future activities
  • Understand the impact of your actions and activities on the store’s financial results and be aware of which outcomes you can influence
  • Understand IKEA’s social and environmental commitments and actively contribute to sustainability efforts


WORK PATTERN

  • 210 hours per month, shift rotation between Monday to Sunday
  • 6-7 days off per month + Public Holiday
  • Location: Causeway Bay

To lead the development of efficient and effective commercial activities throughout the year, to drive traffic, maximize sales, profit and ensure vitality in the store
