WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • You have at least 5 years of experience overseeing technical teams in the retail business or an IT service provider; international experience is preferred
  • You have experience working in a complex organisation and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • You have strong leadership skills and organizational abilities
  • You have excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, knowledge about Network and MS cloud is preferred
  • You have excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
  • You have project management experience

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY 

  • Analyze existing IT operations of the local technical team and scheduling meetings to discuss improvements
  • Guiding local technical team through technical issues and challenges, especial in P1 incident
  • Liaise with DFI Group IT team to create standard technical design and solution across markets 
  • Plan, prepare, communicate clearly and cooperate closely with local and foreign team of various professions for smooth implementation & maintenance 
  • Managing technology projects with local IT and DFI Group IT, including setting goals and monitoring progress
  • Review and improve all technical support related processes and manage all the documentation on infrastructure for continuous improvement
  • Conducting security audits to identify areas of improvement, including documentation up-to-date
  • Report on service and project-related metrics
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends for technology refreshment
  • Compliance activities monitoring and governance

 

TOGETHER AS A TEAM 

Design and analyze IT infrastructure within DFI IT standards and guidelines with the objective to achieve operational excellence and delivering cost-effective solutions for supporting business.
