  • You have a Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • You have experience in overseeing a technical team in Retail business and/or IT Service Provider
  • You are excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills

  • You have project management experience

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical team and work closely with the application team and the business partner 
  • Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations
  • Plan, prepare, communicate clearly, and cooperate closely with local and foreign teams of various professions for smooth implementation & maintenance
  • Motivate and coach technical members to make sure that team goals are achieved and well-communicated
  • Liaise with Group CoE teams to ensure technical project requirements are fulfilled to group standard
  • Collaborate with external vendors and Group CoE teams to identify and repair technical issues
  • Review and improve all technical support related processes and manage all the documentation on infrastructure for continuous improvement
  • Monitor and conduct periodic security checks and audits
  • Report on service and project-related metrics
  • Check and update systems and software on a regular basis for technology refreshment

 

TOGETHER AS A TEAM 

  • Design and analyse IT infrastructure within Group IT standards and guidelines with the objective to achieve operational excellence and deliver a cost-effective solutions for supporting business. Mentor and develop the team members on builds and performance tuning.
