The AI Learning Manager will design and deliver enterprise‑wide learning and change enablement for DFI’s Data & AI agenda. This role partners closely with Group Learning, Leadership Development, Data & AI Governance, and Communications to build AI capability, drive data foundation adoption, and enable responsible AI usage at scale. A key focus is operating the AI Champions Network as a peer‑enablement engine to accelerate adoption of approved tools, practices, and behaviors across functions.
The challenge is to:
Data & AI Enablement Strategy
- Build and manage an integrated Data & AI learning roadmap across personas (All Staff, Leaders & Management Committees, Tech, Champions).
- Translate AI Academy and Common Data Model (CDM) programs into practical, role‑based enablement, manager toolkits, and adoption moments.
- Partner with program owners to define adoption KPIs and track learning impact.
Content & Learning Operations
- Own end‑to‑end learning content development: briefs, scripts, SME reviews, approvals, localization, and deployment across DFI learning channels and through the learning ecosystem.
- Ensure content quality and alignment with DFI standards across LMS and AI Hub channels.
Responsible AI Enablement
- Convert AI policy into practical training, toolkits, and “do/don’t” guidance.
- Partner with governance teams to build training coverage for people-generated content guardrails to keep learning current and it is safe‑to‑launch.
AI Champions Network
- Run onboarding, cadences, enablement kits, and recognition for AI Champions.
- Capture field feedback and loop insights back to central teams.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Partner with Communications workstream on launches and engagement.
- Apply structured change practices to drive sustained adoption.
Do you have experience in AI enablement / transformation?
- Minimum 6 years in L&D, enablement, transformation, or change roles in large organizations.
- Experience in data literacy, data adoption, or AI enablement initiatives.
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and Responsible AI practices; comfortable with data/AI terminology and analytics tooling concepts.
- Experience with communities of practice or champion networks.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- LMS / learning operations experience preferred.
- Change certification (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR) an advantage.
